Hi, I’m Teddi Drummond — a Boulder native and lifelong animal lover. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me, and I feel incredibly grateful to turn that passion into my work through Happy Hounds.
I live near Boulder Creek in a cozy, pet-friendly home with a private backyard and easy access to trails and open space. It’s a calm, nature-rich setting where dogs can relax, explore, and feel safe.
I love taking dogs on walks along the creek, neighborhood strolls, and local hikes tailored to their energy level. Whether your dog stays overnight in my home or I care for them in yours, my goal is always the same — to make them feel secure, loved, and happy while you’re away.

Often described as an animal whisperer, I have a natural ability to connect deeply with animals. Caring for them is not simply what I do — it is who I am. When I’m not hiking Boulder’s scenic trails or engaging in cold plunging as part of my wellness practice, my time is devoted to providing attentive, intuitive care. I approach every animal with patience, respect, and a genuine understanding of their emotional and physical needs.
I offer comprehensive, high-touch care for dogs, cats, and birds, tailored to each animal’s unique personality and lifestyle. My services include walking, running, hiking, washing, brushing, enrichment, and attentive daily routines. Whether it’s a peaceful creekside stroll or a more invigorating outdoor adventure, each experience is thoughtfully curated.
For ultimate convenience, I provide both private in-home care and boarding at my own residence. I regularly house-sit for cats and birds and welcome animals into my home when preferred, offering a seamless experience that maintains consistency and comfort. Every stay is approached with integrity, reliability, and an uncompromising standard of care.

- Dog Walking & Exercise: $30 per hour
- Overnight Care at My Home: $75 per night
